Office Update Regarding COVID-19

To our valued patients,

I hope this message finds you and your family safe and healthy. Given the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation, we want to assure you that we are still open and ready to help you with any hearing needs you may have.

To comply with mandatory social distancing, we are seeing a limited amount of patients per day. This will help keep our waiting room clear and give us time to disinfect even more thoroughly after each patient.

We ask all patients entering our offices to wear a mask or face covering. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone known to be COVID positive, we ask you to wait 2 weeks before coming into our offices.

We have the ability to conduct some appointments remotely via telehealth video or phone. We also have successfully introduced “Car-side” services in the parking garage, limiting exposure to both you and our staff. If you are interested in any of these services, please call our office and we will give you further instructions.
